Excellent function, dreadful taste!
I really needed a product like this, to up my protein intake while also keeping me energised. And it does its function well (and I will reorder it). However, the taste is horrid. It has a fruity taste and then something creamy about it too... I really have to drink it quickly to not suffer! hah. I really wish they had Protein plus Energy in other flavours, possibly something bland like vanilla that would work better with the creaminess maybe. I don't know what it is about this particular flavour that is so barf-worthy... Anyway, myvegan, please release other flavours for this!

This flavour really appealed to me, I absolutely love mango and the lime would cut the sweetness. The flavour is more of a natural mango flavour rather than a synthetic sweet flavour, with a subtle flavour of citrus from the lime. I do love how there's 15g protein in this and a nice caffeinated boost. If you don't want a sweet one, this would definitely be one to choose however I feel it's a little too sharp and could do with some added sweetness to make it taste better.

This is my go to protein when I'm at the gym. The caffeine boost really helps my workouts and the flavour is great. Although be aware the caffeine in this is the equivilant to a full cup of coffee so not great for those late night workouts!

My first time making this, I really disliked it. I found the flavour very overpowering. Unlike most other clears which are more like 'Squash', I found this to have the flavour strength and texture of a normal fruit juice. Great if you're expecting that, quite a surprise if not. I tried it a few more times and still didn't get on with the flavour/strength - What I really enjoy about clear is that it's more like flavoured water than a shake or juice. Since then, I make this at usual clear strength (1.5 scoops instead of recommended 2.5) and enjoy it a lot more.
